Pehla Pyaar Doosri Baar Movie Story & Plot
The film Pehla Pyaar Doosri Baar is based on the theme of friendship, love, and rekindling the feelings of the first love. The trailer depicts the three friends—two boys and a girl—who are reuniting for a school reunion where they fall into various relationships. As the friendships grow, the friends discover the funny and complex aspects of love.
The title refers to the first love, and is a reference to living the life over again. The official trailer poses the question on the mind of many: What about when your first love returns to you, which can add to new complications. Friendships become chaotic, romantic equations change and the characters find themselves dealing with situations they may not have expected.
Memories, school friendships and old crushes also play an important role in the film. Luv Ranjan likened the film to a memory of school, friendships and crushes, but added that it’s the emotions that are supposed to resonate with viewers beyond the youthful cast.
The promotional material doesn’t tell the entire story, it concentrates on the characters and their relationships instead, putting the rest of the romantic complications to the theatrical release.
